  • 蓝色情调：1.一进入酒店大厅，首先感到十分冷清，气氛肃然（投错店的感觉） 2.总台只有一名服务员，楼上也只有一名服务员（下午5点左右） 3.卫生间没有卫生纸，没有洗发液。（服务员理由：老板没买进来！） 4.客人不到餐厅就餐，由服务员送到房间，早餐十分单一（无可选择花样） 5.地毯陈旧，且不卫生 以上几条，不改进不可能有回头客！
